This past week our very first Hands and Feet group traveled to St. Louis for 5 full days of service and learning. I was lucky enough to be able to join this amazing group of students from UKirk at Michigan State University. Thanks to the leadership and hospitality of AMEN Saint Louis we had a wonderful week full of rewarding and challenging experiences. You can see a collection of pictures I posted on Facebook by, clicking here and a news article written by Jerry Van Marter by, clicking here.

Over the next few weeks we’ll be launching a new logo, website and promotional video. I’ll make an announcement as these tools become available.

Presbyterian Disaster Assistance is currently working to establish a long term recovery plan with a PDA host site in St. Louis. In the meantime they are encouraging Presbyterians to support the Salvation Army efforts.

Please share this update with ministry colleagues and encourage them to sign up for the mailing list for future Hands and Feet updates.

I hope to see many of you at this summers Big Tent event. Click here for more information.
